The new Ravine is a lightweight and technical freeriding backpack for demanding free riders who don’t want to waste any time getting to the next steep face descent. Thanks to its quick attach ski fastener with carabiner, even wide freeride skis can be attached to the backpack in a parallel format at times when they need to be carried, without needing to take the backpack off. And if access to ski crampons is required in icy terrain, the ravine can happily remain strapped on. The practical extra compartment at the bottom of the backpack provides easy access to all items that are needed at a moment’s notice. All items of emergency equipment and a light ice axe can be stored safely in the separate safety compartment and are quickly at hand in an emergency, while all items in the main compartment can be accessed either from the top or using the side zipper. Thanks to the ergonomic full contact light back system, the load is distributed optimally across the back and the backpack fits snugly to the spine without slipping.
